Services Offered
The primary service offered by Camp High Hopes is year-round recreational and respite activities in a camp setting for persons with disabilities. We will provide residential camping cabins where trained staff members will ensure every special need is met in a safe, caring manner. Services are provided for a variety of time periods, from daycamps and weekends camps to week-long sessions. Fees for a week-long session cost approximately $500 per camper. Campers will pay fees using personal/family funds, respite funds, or apply for a scholarship.Adaptive equipment will help ensure that persons of all ability levels will be able to participate in a variety of programs, including archery, canoeing, fishing, hiking trails, horseback riding, outdoor cooking, snow sledding, swimming, and much more. Initial programming at Camp High Hopes will be modeled after Camp Courageous’ 35 years of tried and true programming. Their staff graciously allowed Camp High Hopes the insight and blueprints to their programs and activities. Future programming will grow and evolve over time to meet the needs of those we serve. The camp is also a learning environment where campers, their families, the Camp High Hopes leadership, volunteers and staff will continually seek to improve the quality of experience.

Camp High Hopes is a year-round recreational facility exclusively designed and operated for people with special needs. The camp is a not-for-profit organization.
